EH11112 - Supporting Teaching and Learning in ICT

Don't forget that I would like an electronic copy of your assignment (in addition to the paper copy which should be handed in at the reception desk on Tuesday). Electronic filed may be handed in on a CD in the plastic envelope with your assignment (use an indelible felt tip pen to mark with your name and the module code), or you may bring a stick containing the file(s) to the session to copy to my computer. You may aslos email them as attachments.

Learning Outcomes

1. Apply a working knowledge of ICT in the National Curriculum or any subsequent national programmes.
2. Demonstrate an understanding of how these documents are translated through an effective planning cycle into the classroom.
3. Illustrate knowledge of the stages of concept and skills development in ICT between the Foundations Stage and the end of Key Stage Two and their implications for supporting teaching.
4. Practice identification of appropriate strategies to support ICT.
